Excellent shape. made very well with real oak wood. original owner. wall unit size 60 in length by 21 width and 40 height. tv space has a shelve under where the tv sits (width 30.5 by height 25.5) if you remove the shelve from where the tv sits then the height goes to 29.5.
paid $700 asking $60 as it does not fit in the new place.
